Participant's impressions

Hallo!

A few days ago I came back to the Czech Republic from absolutelly great youth exchange, so I decided to share some experiences with you. This exchange was organized by Polish adn Armenian youth organization and was in Tsakchadzor in Armenia from 28th August till 7th September. I was sent there as leader of czech group. We made well working team with two girls from Liberec and one pair from Brno and with groups from Poland, Ukraine, Lithuania, Georgia and Armenia we made one big wonderful familly.

After our arrivals we met each other, with program, with our hotel and new „home“ city. The program was really busy, but we enjoyed every day. The balance between work and free time was really perfect. Another amazing thing about the whole exchange was that all the time we didn´t use computers, powerpoint presentations or something else and when we needed we had to draw, made performances or something creatively similar.

The main aim of our exchange was to share knowledges and skills about free-time management that help us to manage our free time more effectively. Days were full of workshops, plays and preparing of our visit in one school in Yerevan. There was about 25 pupils aged 10 – 12. We made program about tree hours for them and I hope that we showed them easy way how to entertain and do something funny. Something like this workshop in the school we made also in the square in Tsakchadzor for locals. We joined them in dancing, in playing voleyball or badminton, in making big bublles and we all together had really fun!

But don´t think that we just worked J There was a lot of funny things in program, like trip to lake Sevan, afternoon in Yerevan with dinner in typical armenian restaurant, trip to mineral bath and afternoon with swimming pool and sauna. Three of evenings were in national sense. Two of national groups had to introduce themselves in funny way.

I think we did a great job and I hope that we will realize some workshops in the Czech Republic.

I have to say, that probably everybody will never forget this exchange. There was a lot of amazing things like chating till morning, night games, getting to know each other, learning other languages, weather and absolutely amazing were people! Once again thanks to organizers!!

If you will have an opportuninty to go for youth exchange, catch it and go!
